In case of making an inquiry,
please confirm and give your consent to the handling of personal information
as described below in advance.

1. Purpose of personal information use

   Personal information submitted by users is used for handling of document requests as well as response
   and communication regarding inquiries.

2. Provision of personal information to third parties

   Any personal information received from a user shall not be provided to third parties without the user’s consent
   unless required by laws and regulations.

3. Outsourcing of handling of personal information

   Depending on content of inquiries, handling of all or part of personal information we received may be outsourced
   within the range required. In case of using outsourcing, we shall supervise the outsourcing company appropriately.

4. Disclosure of personal information to be disclosed and inquiry contact

   In relation to personal information to be disclosed we hold, we shall respond to notification, disclosure, or modification,
   addition and deletion of contents regarding purpose of use, as well as suspension of use, elimination
   and suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “disclosures”) upon request thereof from users.

5. Safety Control Measures for Personal Information

   We shall take any necessary and appropriate measure for preventing or correcting leakage,
   loss or defamation of personal information we obtained as well as for other safety control of such information.

6. Arbitrary property of personal information submission

   Even though personal information is submitted from users only in an arbitrary manner,
   please pay attention not to make an error in contents of entry in case of inquiry.
   Afterwards, we shall reply to the inquiry.

7. Acquisition of personal information by a method that cannot be easily identified by users

   We do not obtain any personal information by a method that cannot be easily identified by users such as use of cookies.
